- Accept: You needs to accept the changes although that is not making stress. If you can accept the facts positively that will give you relux and protect you from being stressed.
Other ways to reduce, prevent, and cope with stress
Stress Management should be done in a healthy way. Here, I have written some points which are not healthy ways to control stress. But most of the time man practices this. They are-
- Unhealthy Ways
- Drinking too much.
- Overeating or under eating.
- Zoning out for hours in front of the TV or computer.
- Withdrawing from friends, family and activities.
- Using pills or drugs to relax.
- Sleeping too much.
- Filling up every minute of the day to avoid facing problems.
- Taking out your stress on others (angry outbursts, physical violence).
So, follow the healthier way to reduce stress. Follow the stress management techniques to reduce stress. Moreover, one can take suggestions from a doctor for more betterment of health.
